Let´s Celebrate! Die Cuts And More

Hello friends,

today I´m back with a bunch of cards for celebrating an occasion. I´ve made this set of three, because they were really easy to make and I always need cards like this.

I wanted you to see better how I created this card, this is why I´ve prepared a video for you

So let´s get started.

First I stared with coloring the balloons from the balloons stencil with some distress inks. I´ve tried to create like an ombre style of color combination.

After coloring the balloons I put a white highlight on them using a white pigment ink. I also draw in the balloon string with a gray copic marker.

To get the sentiment always on the right place I´ve used my Stampoholic and stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink and used some black embossing powder and heat set it.

The panel just had to be cut into the right size and I scattered some clear droplets, clear sequins and sequins mixes over the card and the card were all finished.

Hallo ihr Lieben,

heute habe ich mal wieder eine Challenge Karte vorbereitet. Dieses Mal ist es die My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #305. Ich hatte bereits vor einiger Zeit ganz viele Figuren mit meinen Copic Markern ausgemalt und mit Hilfe meiner Silhouette Portrait ausgeschnitten. Anders schaffe ich das zur Weihnachtszeit einfach nicht. Und wieso soll man sich das Leben schwer machen? Viel habe ich heute auch nicht zu sagen, bald ändert sich das wieder ;) Ich bereite ja gerade für euch zur Adventszeit etwas großes vor, was doch sehr Zeitintensiv ist. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir das verzeihen. Ich wünsche euch ganz viel Spaß mit meiner Karte und mir ganz viel Spaß auf der Kreativwelt in Frankfurt ;)

Some time ago I've colored a lot of images with my Copic markers and cut them out using my Silhouette Portrait electronic cutting machine. Otherwise I won't be able to handle the amount of Christmas cards I have to do. Today I don't have a lot to talk, I´m sorry. But this will change soon, as I´m organizing something special for you guys ;) And it takes me a lot of time. New Digi Stamps Flamenco Mice

Hallo liebe Leute,

heute ist schon der zweite Digi Stamp Blog Hop von Jeanin. Im Juni hatten wir unseren 1. und falls ihr wissen wollt, welche tollen Digi Stempel es gab, dann schaut doch hier vorbei.

today is the second blog hop celebrating Jeanines new digi stamps. We already had a blog ho celebrating the forest animals and in case you want to have a look click here.

Jetzt aber zu dem heutigen Stempeln. Und zwar sind es die Flamenco tanzenden Mäuse. Einfach nur bezaubernd! Ich habe dieses Mal den Stempel einmal normal ausgedruckt und dann noch einmal in spiegelverkehrt, sodass ich dann eine "Spinner Card" draus machen konnte. Es sieht so aus, als würde die Maus tanzen. Deshalb habe ich auch den Spruch "just dance" gewählt.

But now about the new release. This time Jeanin created flamenco dating mices. They are absolutely awesome and I printed them out two times: one in regular and the other one I've printed mirrored. So I could glue them back to back and create a spinner card. Now the mice looks like she is dancing, this is why I´ve chosen the sentiment "just dance"

Shaker Ornament

Hallo liebe Leute,

so, noch ein bisschen weniger als zwei Monate bis Weihnachten- ich denke ich kann beginnen Weihnachtskarten zu posten. Heute bin ich zurück mit einer Karte für die Krumspring Fall Festival Challenge. Thema ist hier eine Karte ganz in gelb zu gestalten. Insgesamt gibt es fünf Wettbewerbe, ich habe diesen gewählt, weil ich normal mit der Farbe gelb nichts anfangen kann und mich daher selbst ein bisschen fordern wollte.

Less than two months until Christmas- I guess the season can be started and I can start posting Christmas cards ;) this card is for the Krumspring Fall Festival Challenge. In total they have five running challenges. The one I've chosen is all about yellow. I've choose this, because I wanted to challenge myself, normally I don't use the Color yellow.

Es hat mich richtig glücklich gemacht diese Karte zu gestalten. Das war das erste mal das das embossed auf Acetate funktioniert hat. Ich haben wirklich Tonnenweise das antistatische Puder auf das acetate gemacht und dan hat es super funktioniert. Beim erhitzen muss man nur wirklich vorsichtig sein, damit die Folie nicht schmilzt.

I was so happy making this card because this was the first time that I managed to heat emboss on acetate with a really good result. I put tons and tons of anti static powder over the acetate and it work really good. While heat embossing you just have to take care that the acetate doesnt get to hot and worp.

Es tut mir leid, dass die Bilder nicht so gut geworden sind, weil die Karte so sehr glitzert und schimmert. Deshalb habe ich dieses Mal so viele Bilder, in der Hoffnung das ihr einen guten Eindruck von der Karte erhaltet. Mir jedenfalls gefällt die Karte sehr gut und ich hoffe wir sehen uns bald wieder (:

Girlish Congrats Card- Die Cuts And More

Hello crafty friends,

today is my first post here at Die Cuts And More blog. I´ve created a girlish congrats card using the new stencil rain splatter and the congrats die from Die Cuts And More, as well as the Stampoholic.

First I´ve used the new stencil, some ink blending tools and distress inks to create an ombre background. The colors I´ve used are picked raspberry, spun sugar and festive berries. To add a bit of texture and glitter I offset the stencil a and covered it with texture paste and spread some glitter on top.

I stamped the flower images a few times repeated with the Stampoholic because I´ve used watercolor paper which has some texture. I wanted to have a much intense image. The flowers were colored with Zig Color Brush Pens and my Wink Of Stella Brush Pens. I always refill my Wink Of Stella Brush Pens with water and even after refilling more than 10 times it still has glitter in it. I love this subtle glittery watercolor look it gives.

I fuzzy cut alle the images and cut the die from black glitter cardstock. Finally I cut a white stripe to glue the congrats die on. The background is really buissy and I wanted the congrats die to stand out. I just gave the card a finishing touch by glueing some clear droplets scattered.

Halloween

Hallo ihr Lieben,

eigentlich bin ich nicht ein Fan von Halloween Karten, einfach weil es bei uns in Deutschland nicht so der Brauch ist. Aber diese Idee habe ich schon oft gesehen und fand sie zum Schluss dann doch so toll, dass ich beschlossen habe sie auf meine Art und Weise nach zu basteln- nämlich so ganz ohne Schauer und Grusel, dafür aber mit ganz viel Glitzer und Glamour ;)

I usually don't make halloween cards because here in Germany we often do not need them and it isn´t that traditional. But this idea I have seen so often and I really liked it so I decided to make my own. But I don't wanted the cards to be creepy and scary, but with a lot of glitter and glamour ;)

Mehr werde ich auch dazu nicht schreiben, da ich euch ein Mini Video vorbereitet habe. Ich hoffe das es euch weiterhilft und ich wünsche euch ein schönes Wochenende :)

it´s me again ;) today it´s a quick post about this birthday card I´ve made for my nieces birthday. This Image is from Love Cynthia.

Ich habe diese Motive ausgesucht, weil meine Nicht 15 jähre alt wurde. Und wie ihr wisst können Teenies oft sehr anstrengend sein. Gleichzeitig aber auch das kleine, süße Mädchen was ich mit 3 Jahren kennen gelernt habe ;) Das wars auch wieder für heute und wir sehen uns bald wieder.

I chose this image as my niece is a 15 years orly teenager. And as everybody know sometimes they are trying but she will every keep the sweet girl as she was with 3 ;) So, this was all for today and I hope you liked this card.
